3 Days Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater Tour

After breakfast, drive from Arusha / Moshi to Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti is known for its endless plains, the great migration -1.5 million wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, and the big five -lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffalos.

You will visit various parts of the Serengeti plains; the parts you will visit will depend on the location of the great herds. The Serengeti is a land of mesmerizing beauty; it is famous for beautiful sunsets, great herds of wildebeest, and an abundance of the big cats – lions, leopards, and cheetahs.

After breakfast at camp, you will head out into the Serengeti plains for a half-day game drive with a picnic lunch.  After lunch, depart for Ngorongoro Crater.

After breakfast, we descend 600 meters into the crater floor for a half-day game drive.

The crater consists of different habitats – grasslands, swamps, forests, and Lake Makat -a soda lake filled by the Munge River. The diverse habitats attract wildlife to graze, drink and hunt. The rich pastures and permanent water in the crater floor support a population of approximately 30,000 large mammals. The animals can move in and out of the crater, but they hardly do because of the favorable conditions.

Ngorongoro Crater is one of the only places in Tanzania where you can see the endangered black rhino; a small population lives in the protected environment.

After a half-day game drive, we will drive you back to Arusha / Moshi to catch your flight home.
